Miriam Hoggatt 
Miriam was born on July 5th, 1774 in New Garden MM, Guilford, NC. Miriam's father was John Hoggatt and her mother was Ruth Beals. Her paternal grandparents are Philip Hoggatt and Mary Glendenning; her maternal grandparents were John III Beals and Margaret Esther Hunt. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Jesse, Moses, William, Rachel and Ruth. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 71 on November 22nd, 1845 in Guilford, NC.General Notes
