William Cook

William was born on June 20th, 1803 in near Deep River, NC. William's father was Joseph Cook and his mother was Lydia Wickersham. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Cook and Mary Mills; his maternal grandparents are Jehu Wickersham and Mary Kirk. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Jehu, Zimri, Mary, Charity, Anna and Rachel. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 99 on December 31st, 1902 in Grant Co., IN.
