Levi Cook 
Levi was born in 1796 in Guilford, NC. Levi's father was John Cook and his mother is Lydia Hussey. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Cook and Phebe Mills; his maternal grandparents are John Hussey and Mary Jessop. He had four brothers and a sister, named Jesse, Stephen, Henry, Nathan and Mary. He is the second oldest of the six children.General Notes
