Fulk, known as "the Younger", "le Jeune", was born in 1092 in Anjou, France.  "the Younger", "le Jeune"'s father was King Fulk ("Rechin") d'Anjou IV of Jerusalem and his mother was Bertrade de Montfort.  His paternal grandparents were Count Geoffrey ("Ferreol") de Gatinais IV and Countess Ermengarde d'Anjou; his maternal grandfather was Simon D'Evreux de Montford and his maternal grandmother is Agnaes d'Evreux. He had a half-sister named Ermengarde.  He died at the age of 51 on November 10th, 1143 in Jerusalem, Israel.  He was buried in Church Of Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem, Israel.

‌"the Younger", "le Jeune" and Ermengard were married in a religious ceremony on July 11th, 1110 in France.  They had two sons and a daughter, named Helie, "the Fair", "le bon" and Sybil.
