Ruth Hadley 
Ruth was born on October 14th, 1773 in Chatham County, North Carolina.1 Ruth's father was Joshua Hadley and her mother was Ruth Lindley. Her paternal grandparents were Joshua Hadley and Patience Brown; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Lindley and Ruth Hadley. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Simon, William, John, Jeremiah, Jonathan, Jacob, Joshua, Sarah, ??????, Girl and Mary. She was the sixth youngest of the thirteen children. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Joseph, Catherine, Patience and Jane. She died at the age of 36 on July 10th, 1810 in Chatham County, North Carolina.
