Jeremiah Thompson

Jeremiah was born on December 10th, 1811.¹ Jeremiah's father was Jeremiah Thompson and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Tally Jones. His paternal grandparents were Balaam Thompson and Olive Melton. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Balaam, Thomas, Elijah, Kennon Kendrick, John Washington, Andrew Jackson, Sarah, Margery Mary O., Mary Margany, Rebecca Ellen, Delilah Octavia and Temperance. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 37 on September 2nd, 1849 in St Helena Parish, Louisianna.¹
