Elijah Thompson

Elijah was born on September 26th, 1814.¹ Elijah's father was Jeremiah Thompson and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Tally Jones. His paternal grandparents were Balaam Thompson and Olive Melton. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Balaam, Thomas, Jeremiah, Kennon Kendrick, John Washington, Andrew Jackson, Sarah, Margery Mary O., Mary Margany, Rebecca Ellen, Delilah Octavia and Temperance. He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 26 on November 15th, 1840.¹
