George Washington was born in October 1832 in Greenbrier Co., VA. George Washington's father was Joshua Tate and his mother was Susanna Hinecker. His paternal grandparents are Mathew Tate and Elizabeth UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Christian P. Hinecker and Nancy UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Simeon, Preston, William Riley, John Robert, Sarah, Maria, Elizabeth and Phoebe Ann. He is the youngest of the nine children.-
