John F. PHILIPS 
John F. was born on March 21st, 1819 in <Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pa>. John F.'s father was David PHILIPS and his mother is Psyche HULTZ. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Jr. PHILLIPS and Mary Hall LAUGHTON.
