James T. PHILIPS 
James T. was born on March 14th, 1835 in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pa. James T.'s father was David PHILIPS and his mother is Psyche HULTZ. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Jr. PHILLIPS and Mary Hall LAUGHTON. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Jesse, Henry, Joseph, David E., Isaac, John F., Josiah W., Mary, Matilda, Lucinda, Sarah Jane and Anna J.. He was the youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 83 on January 21st, 1919.General Notes
