David PHILIPS 
David was born on April 22nd, 1784 in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pa. David's father was Joseph Jr. PHILLIPS and his mother was Mary Hall LAUGHTON. His paternal grandparents were Joseph PHILLIPS and Mary PHILLIPS. He had a brother and three sisters, named Jesse, Mary, Sarah and Susanna. He was the third oldest of the five children.
