Sarah PHILIPS 
Sarah was born on August 17th, 1786 in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny Co., Pa. Sarah's father was Joseph Jr. PHILLIPS and her mother was Mary Hall LAUGHTON. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph PHILLIPS and Mary PHILLIPS. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Jesse, David, Mary and Susanna. She was the second youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 78 on January 17th, 1865 in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny Co., Pa.General Notes
