Jesse PHILIPS 
Jesse was born on October 26th, 1781 in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pa. Jesse's father was Joseph Jr. PHILLIPS and his mother was Mary Hall LAUGHTON. His paternal grandparents were Joseph PHILLIPS and Mary PHILLIPS. He had a brother and three sisters, named David, Mary, Sarah and Susanna. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 23 on September 7th, 1805 in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pa. He was buried about September 9th, 1805 in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pa.General Notes
