Lucinda PHILIPS 
Lucinda was born on January 5th, 1826 in <Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pa>. Lucinda's father was David PHILIPS and her mother is Psyche HULTZ. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Jr. PHILLIPS and Mary Hall LAUGHTON. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named Jesse, Henry, Joseph, David E., Isaac, John F., Josiah W., James T., Mary, Matilda, Sarah Jane and Anna J.. She was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 22 on December 6th, 1848.General Notes
