Sarah Frances PHILIPS 
Sarah Frances was born on March 17th, 1855 in Upper St.clair, Allegheny, Pa. Sarah Frances' father was John F. PHILIPS and her mother was Margaret PHILIPS. Her paternal grandfather was David PHILIPS and her paternal grandmother is Psyche HULTZ. She had four brothers and six sisters, named Josiah F., David M., James Alfred, Elmer Ellsworth, Mary Bell, Marybelle, Emma Fineta, Emma F., Lois Anna and Louisiana. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 59 on September 9th, 1914.General Notes
