Josiah F. PHILIPS 
Josiah F. was born on February 11th, 1844 in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny, Pa. Josiah F.'s father was John F. PHILIPS and his mother was Margaret PHILIPS. His paternal grandfather was David PHILIPS and his paternal grandmother is Psyche HULTZ. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named David M., James Alfred, Elmer Ellsworth, Mary Bell, Marybelle, Emma Fineta, Emma F., Sarah Frances, Lois Anna and Louisiana. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 59 on June 26th, 1903.General Notes
