Esther was born on February 17th, 1818. Esther's father was John Hoover and her mother was Elizabeth Brumbaugh. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Adam HUBER and Catherine Kramer. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named George Brumbaugh, John B., Isaac B., Catherine, Susannah, Elizabeth, Mary, Barbara B., Christina Brumbaugh and Annie. She was the third youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 45 on June 27th, 1863 in Clover Creek, Huston Twp., Blair Co., PA. She was buried in Clover Creek Cem., Clover Creek, Blair Co., PA.-
