Barbara B. was born on September 1st, 1811 in Blair Co., PA.1 Barbara B.'s father was John Hoover and her mother was Elizabeth Brumbaugh. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Adam HUBER and Catherine Kramer. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named George Brumbaugh, John B., Isaac B., Catherine, Susannah, Elizabeth, Mary, Christina Brumbaugh, Annie and Esther. She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 66 on June 25th, 1878 in Wayne Co., IN. She was buried in Ulrich Cem., Hagerstown, Wayne Co., IN.1 1 -
