Mary was born on December 3rd, 1809 in Blair Co., PA.1 Mary's father was John Hoover and her mother was Elizabeth Brumbaugh. Her paternal grandparents were Johann Adam HUBER and Catherine Kramer. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named George Brumbaugh, John B., Isaac B., Catherine, Susannah, Elizabeth, Barbara B., Christina Brumbaugh, Annie and Esther. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 73 on October 22nd, 1883 in Douglas Co., KS.1 -
