Louis VII the Younger Capet of was born about 1119 in Reims, Marne, France and his baptism took place in 1120 in France - son of Louis VI the Fat.1   Louis VII the Younger Capet of's father was Louis IV King Of France and his mother was Adelaide De Maurienne.  His paternal grandparents were Philippe I King Of France and Bertha Of Holland ***; his maternal grandparents were Humbert II Savoy and Gisela Gille Of Burgundy Ivrea***. He had two brothers and a sister, named Robert Count Of, Pierre Prince Of and Constance Capet.  He was the oldest of the four children.  He died on September 18th, 1180 in Paris, Seine, France.  He was buried on September 19th, 1180 in Abbey Barbeaux, Melun, France.1 1
