Margaret was born on April 3rd, 1311 in Caldecote, England.1   Margaret's father was Humphrey De Bohun and her mother was Elizabeth Princess Of England.  Her paternal grandparents were Humphrey De Bohun and Maud De Fiennes; her maternal grandparents were Edward I Longshanks King Of England and Eleanor Princess Of Castile And Lbeon. She had a brother and a sister, named William and Eleanor.  She was the second oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 80 on December 16th, 1391 in Exeter, Devon.  She was buried in Exeter Cathedral, Devon.1 1 


Margaret's family with Hugh Courtenay

‌Margaret and Hugh were married in a religious ceremony on August 11th, 1325 in Exeter, Devon, England.1   They had eight sons and nine daughters, named Sir Edward, Sir Thomas, Sir Peter, William, John, Philip De, Sir Humphrey, Sir Hugh, Margaret, Joan de, Elizabeth, Catherine, Matilda, Eleanor, Guinora, Isabell and Phillipa.
