Lulu Barnhill 
Lulu was born in 1876 in Edgecombe Co. NC. Lulu's father was John R. Barnhill and her mother was Florence Anna Hargrove. Her paternal grandparents were Lemuel E Barnhill and Caroline Arcenie Cooper; her maternal grandparents were Duncan Hargrove and Sally Land. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Edgar J., Lyculus "Lucius", Logan Jasper, Walter, David W., Caroline Virginia and Carrie D.. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 84 on October 27th, 1960 in Nash County, NC.-
