Odo de was born about 1036 in CONTEVILLE,,France.  Odo de's father was Harlevin (Herlouin) Viscomte de Conteville and his mother was Harlette de Falaise.  His paternal grandparents were Jean of Tonnbridge De Conteville and Jean , wife of John of Tonsburgh; his maternal grandparents were Fulbert de Falaise and Duxia de Falaise. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Odo (Eudes) of, Robert Count de, Emma de, Miss de, Mathilde de and Muriel de.  He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Ralph of, William "The Conqueror" of and Adelaide.  He died in 1097 in UNMD,Palermo,Sicily,Italy.  He was buried in Cathedral,Palermo,Sicily,Italy.
