Harlevin (Herlouin) Viscomte de was born about 1001 in Of,Conteville,France.1   Harlevin (Herlouin) Viscomte de's father was Jean of Tonnbridge De Conteville and his mother was Jean , wife of John of Tonsburgh.  His paternal grandparents were Baudouin III Count Flanders and Matilda Billung of Saxony. He had a sister named Oda de.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died in 1066.1
