John David Morgan 
John David was born in 1901 in Crenshaw Co., AL.1 John David's father was John Wesley Morgan and his mother was Mattie Lois Pierce. His paternal grandparents were Charles Harton Morgan and Frances Jane Spradley. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Manley L., Charles Frank, Harley T., Sr., Charley E., David Dudley R., C. J., Eva Ailene and Sula Celestine. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 79 on December 6th, 1980 in Greenville, Butler Co., AL. He was buried on December 8th, 1980 in Union Baptist Cemetery, Honoraville, in northern Crenshaw Co., AL.1 1 General Notes
