Robbie Oresta was born in February 1893 in Coosa Co., AL.1 Robbie Oresta's father was Jepe Kirkham McEwen and her mother was Malissa Jane Bazemore. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Marion McEwen and Lena Olive Ransome Melton; her maternal grandparents were William Thomas Jefferson, Jr. Bazemore and Eliza Ann Veasey. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Marion Jack, Charles Kirkham, Carl William, Sadie Lee, Ettie Pricilla, Annie Olive, Lilla M. and Edna Gertrude. She was the fourth oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 92 on March 14th, 1985 in AL. She was buried in Memorial Gardens, Montgomery, Montgomery Co., AL.1 1 -
