Edna Gertrude McEwen 
Edna Gertrude was born on August 25th, 1906 in Coosa Co., AL.1 Edna Gertrude's father was Jepe Kirkham McEwen and her mother was Malissa Jane Bazemore. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Marion McEwen and Lena Olive Ransome Melton; her maternal grandparents were William Thomas Jefferson, Jr. Bazemore and Eliza Ann Veasey. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Marion Jack, Charles Kirkham, Carl William, Sadie Lee, Ettie Pricilla, Robbie Oresta, Annie Olive and Lilla M.. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 72 in November 1978 in AL.1 -
