Jonathan Garrett 
Jonathan was born on July 31st, 1789 in Laurens County, South Carolina.1 Jonathan's father was John Garrett and his mother was Sallie Mauldin. His paternal grandparents were Edward II Garrett and Ann West Ousley. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Edward, Thomas, Jessie, William, Hosea, John, John, Isaac, Rachel, Elicia and Pattie. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 65 on October 10th, 1854 in Chambers County, Alabama. He was buried in Standing Rock, Chambers County, Alabama.1 1 -
