Micajah W. was born on April 20th, 1805 in ?.1 Micajah W.'s father was Wiley W. Buckner and his mother was Judith Tapley Handley. His paternal grandparents were John H. Buckner and Mary M. Brown. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Leonard, Tapley M., Edwin H., James Madison, Elizabeth, Delilah, Tabitha Jane, Catherine S. J., Martha and Mary B.. He was the third oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 38 in September 1843 in GA. He was buried in Buckner Cemetery in Talbot Co., GA.1 1 -
