Samuel Cox 
Samuel was born on March 28th, 1728 in London Grove Twp. Chester Co. Pennsylvania. Samuel's father was John II Cox and his mother was Hannah Jenkins. His paternal grandparents were John I Cox and Rachel Embree Carr. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Benjamin, William, John, Sarah, Amy Naomi, Naomi, Ruth and Hannah B.. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Thomas, Jacob, Solomon, Dinah, Rebecca and Mary. He died about 1796 in Randolph Co.
