Henry I was born on May 15th, 1008 in BOURGOGNE,FRANCE.  Henry I's father was King Robert II (The Pious) Capet Of France and his mother was Princess Constance De Aqu.  His paternal grandparents were King Hugh II Capet Of France and Adelaide De Aquitaine; his maternal grandparents were Count William III De Taillefer Of Toulouse and Arsinde De Anjou. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Amauri, Hugh III, The Old , Eudo (Odes), Hawise, Adela and Constance.  He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother named Gerold I.  He died at the age of 52 on August 4th, 1060 in Vitry-en-Brie,France.  He was buried in ST. DENIS,FRANCE.
