William H Buchanan 
William H was born on June 5th, 1832.1 William H's father was Isaac Buchanan and his mother was Naomi Crawford. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Buchanan and Jane Neeley; his maternal grandparents were John Crawford and Margaret Buchanan. He had six brothers and a sister, named Andrew Hay, Alfred E, Pleasant W, John Thomas, James G, Cyrus and Cyrene Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 31 on February 21st, 1864 in Cane Hill, Washington, Arkansas.1 General Notes
