Cyrus Buchanan 
Cyrus was born in 1840.1 Cyrus' father was Isaac Buchanan and his mother was Naomi Crawford. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Buchanan and Jane Neeley; his maternal grandparents were John Crawford and Margaret Buchanan. He had six brothers and a sister, named Andrew Hay, Alfred E, William H, Pleasant W, John Thomas, James G and Cyrene Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 19 in 1859 in Cane Hill, Washington, Arkansas.1 General Notes
