Tabitha Skeen 
Tabitha was born in 1774 in Rowan County, North Carolina. Tabitha's father was Matthew Skeen and her mother was Ruth Lamar. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Jacob, James, Matthew, Verlinda, Jane, Rutha and Sarah. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 82 on March 6th, 1856 in Watertown, Wilson County, North Carolina.General Notes
Tabitha married George Hearne.
