Jane Skeen 
Jane was born on January 1st, 1771 in Rowan County, North Carolina. Jane's father was Matthew Skeen and her mother was Ruth Lamar. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Jacob, James, Matthew, Verlinda, Tabitha, Rutha and Sarah. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 82 on March 8th, 1853 in Harrison County, Indiana. She was buried in Hancock Chapel Cemetery, Harrison County, Indiana.
