Ralph de Neville was born in 1364 in Castle Raby, Raby, Durham, England.1 Ralph de Neville's father was John de Neville Baron Neville of Raby and his mother was Maud de Percy. His paternal grandparents were Ralph de Neville Baron Neville of Raby and Alice de Audley; his maternal grandparents were Henry de Percy IV Baron Percy and Idonea de Clifford. He had a brother and a sister, named Thomas de Neville and Eleanor. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 62 on October 21st, 1426 in Castle Raby, Raby, Durham, England.1 -
