Her paternal grandparents were Alphonso IX the Slobberer de León King of León and Berengaria Alfonsez Queen of Castile; her maternal grandparents were Simon de Dammartin II de Aumâle Ct de Aumâle and Marie (Jeanne) de Ponthieu Cts de Ponthieu. She had two half-brothers named Alfonso X the Wise and Juan Emanuel de Castile. She died on November 29th, 1290 in Herdeby (near Grantham), Lincolnshire, England.1 -
