Ela was born about 1226 in Northampton, England.1 Ela's father was William Longespée II Earl of Salisbury and her mother was Idonea de Camville. Her paternal grandparents were William Longespée Earl of Salisbury and Ela FitzPatrick Cts de Salisbury; her maternal grandparents were Richard de Camville and Eustacia Basset. She was an only child. She died before November 22nd, 1299.1 -
