Sally Poindexter 
Sally was born about 1771 in Louisa Co., VA. Sally's father was William Poindexter and her mother was Margaret Daniels. Her paternal grandparents were John P. Poindexter and Christian Gossage. She had five brothers named Peter, John, William, Charles and Joseph. She was the third oldest of the six children.-
