Charles Poindexter 
Charles was born about 1773 in Louisa Co., VA. Charles' father was William Poindexter and his mother was Margaret Daniels. His paternal grandparents were John P. Poindexter and Christian Gossage. He had four brothers and a sister, named Peter, John, William, Joseph and Sally. He was the second youngest of the six children.-
