Lucy Carter 
Lucy was born in 1789. Lucy's father was Charles Carter and her mother was Anne Butler Moore. Her paternal grandparents were John Carter and Elizabeth Hill; her maternal grandparents were Bernard Moore and Ann Catherine Spottswood. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named Robert Hill, Robert Hill, Bernard, John, Bernard Moore, William, Butler, William Fitzhugh, Anne Hill, Catherine Spotswood, Mildred Walker, ?, ? and Culphemea. She was the fifth youngest of the fifteen children. She had six half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John Hill, Charles William, George, Charles, Landon, Edward, Mary Walker and Elizabeth Hill. She died at the age of 37 in 1826.-
