HILLrie DUKE

HILLrie was born on December 30th, 1895 in Cannon County, TN.¹ HILLrie's father was Alexander Merion DUKE and her mother was Lucy Ann ALMON. Her maternal grandparents were James ALMON and Frances RAWLINGS. She had ten brothers and a sister, named Francis, James William, Calvin V., Elijah, Colonel, General Jackson, Jessie, Thomas, Captain Wylie, Baby and Bettie Emmaline. She was the eleventh oldest of the twelve children. She died at 10 months old on November 18th, 1896 in Cannon County, TN. Her burial was in Liberty Cemetery, Cannon County, TN.¹²
