Baby DUKE

Baby was born on August 6th, 1898 in Cannon County, TN.¹ Baby's father was Alexander Merion DUKE and his mother was Lucy Ann ALMON. His maternal grandparents were James ALMON and Frances RAWLINGS. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named Francis, James William, Calvin V., Elijah, Colonel, General Jackson, Jessie, Thomas, Captain Wylie, Bettie Emmaline and HILLrie. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 1 on December 1st, 1899 in Cannon County, TN. His burial was in Liberty Cemetery, Cannon County, TN.¹¹
