Mary Cowan

Mary was born in 1780. Mary's father was Mathias Cowan and her mother was Rachel Ellen Gray. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Cowan and Ann Mathias. She had three brothers and five sisters, named James, Joseph, George, Martha, Anne, Elizabeth, Rachel and Sarah. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
