Anne Cowan

Anne was born in 1782. Anne's father was Mathias Cowan and her mother was Rachel Ellen Gray. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Cowan and Ann Mathias. She had three brothers and five sisters, named James, Joseph, George, Martha, Mary, Elizabeth, Rachel and Sarah. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 37 in 1819.
