Priscilla Newiss

Priscilla was born on July 25th, 1863 in 6 Laburnum Terrace, Bow, Middlesex.¹ Priscilla's father was John Newiss and her mother was Mary Turner. Her paternal grandparents were William Newis and Ursula Kitson; her maternal grandparents were Phillip Turner and Ellen (Unknown). She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, John, Thomas Ibbotson, Thomas Ibotson, Thomas, Elizabeth and Hannah. She was the fifth oldest of the eight children.
