Margaret was born on August 29th, 1630 in Eckington, Derbyshire, England.  Margaret's father was Thomas STANIFORTH and her mother was Anne (UNKNOWN).  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas STANIFORTH and Margaret SCOTTE.  She had a brother and seven sisters, named George, Anne, Elizabeth, Mary, Troth, Anne, Jane and Jane.  She was the eighth oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 60 on May 15th, 1691 in Leix, Queens, Ireland.
