Martha Stephens 
Martha was born on October 12th, 1806 in Salisbury, Rowan, NC. Martha's father was Alexander Stephens and her mother is Mary DAILEY. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Stephens and Martha ROBERTS; her maternal grandparents were William DAILEY and Mary PALMER. She had six brothers and four sisters, named William, John, Alexander, David, Daniel, Simeon, Hannah, Elizabeth, Mary and Indiana. She was the third oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 33 on September 28th, 1840 in Kingston, Adams, IL. She was buried in Fayetteville, Adams, IL.-
