Rhoady Basham 
Rhoady was born on March 13th, 1792 in Virginia.1 Rhoady's father was William Basham and her mother was Sarah Sally Shrewsbury. Her paternal grandparents were William Basham and Sarah (Agness) Angel; her maternal grandparents are Benjamin Shrewsbury and Nancy Richardson. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Uriah, Cary, Barnett A., Lucy, Celia, Nancy, Peggy and Mary (Polly). She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Obediah, Jonathan and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 60 on July 17th, 1852 in Barren Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
