Nancy Payne 
Nancy was born on May 13th, 1815 in Virginia.1 Nancy's father was Jubal Payne and her mother was Rhoady Basham. Her maternal grandparents were William Basham and Sarah Sally Shrewsbury. She had eight brothers and six sisters, named Dudley H., Richard H., William B., James, Simeon, Jubal, Jr., Joel, John W., Margaret, Agnes, Eliza Jane, Mary D., Sely and Martha. She is the fourth oldest of the fifteen children.-
